If not the skill with a blade, you at least have to respect the resourcefulness of the character Michonne. Today The Walking Dead returns from is season 4 break. Among all of the dystopian shows there are many ways to survive.  Particularly in the genre of horror people of color are portrayed as loud and hot-headed and the first ones to die. While there is not a lot of diversity in the zombie apocalypse it is nice that the few that remain are strong characters.  Thank you to the writers for allowing Michonne to stick around long enough to have layers to peel back and see the depth of her personality.
